Your order will be shipped directly from the factory to you.

Delivery usually takes 10 to 25 working days.

If your parcel is held by customs in the UK, this period will not count towards the delivery time.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, we recommend contacting your local postal service (Royal Mail or the courier used) to check the status.

If the courier does not have your parcel, please get in touch with us immediately so we can investigate with our suppliers.

Should we confirm there is a logistics issue with your order, we will issue a full refund immediately after the verification process.

Your tracking code will be sent via email within 5 to 10 working days after your order is confirmed.

If you paid by bank transfer, please allow up to 5 working days for payment clearance.
