Customs & Royal Mail
According to UK customs regulations, all products imported from outside the country may be subject to customs duties and Value Added Tax (VAT). For purchases of up to £135, VAT is usually applied, while orders above £135 may also be subject to import duties.
Most of our products are priced below the £135 threshold, which generally reduces the likelihood of additional charges.
In some cases, the delivery status may show “Held at Customs”, meaning that Royal Mail or the courier is awaiting payment of charges before releasing the item. Should this occur, please contact us so that we can advise and try to minimise any additional costs.
However, if the charges are unavoidable and cannot be appealed, payment will remain the responsibility of the final customer.
We kindly ask you to continue tracking your order through our tracking tool. Once the parcel has been cleared, we will do our best to prioritise its delivery. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
