We also accept exchanges if the product received is different from what you ordered.
If you receive a defective product or an item that is not as ordered, please follow these steps to request an exchange:

Timeframe for requesting an exchange:

Exchanges due to defects or incorrect items must be requested within 90 days of receiving the product.

Complaints will be reviewed within 7 working days.
Available options if the exchange is approved:

Receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Receive a replacement product identical to the one ordered.

Receive a product of equivalent value.

Receive a voucher for the value of the product to use on future purchases.
Cancellations and refunds for online purchases:
Under UK law, online purchases can be cancelled within 14 calendar days of receiving the product (the “cooling-off period”).

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of the cancellation confirmation.

For credit or debit card payments, the time for the funds to return to your account may vary depending on the card provider, typically up to 30 days.
Important conditions for returns:

Products returned without prior notice, after the deadline, with missing or incorrect items, or without the original packaging may be returned to the customer.

Products rejected after quality inspection will also be returned to the customer.

The cost of return shipping and reshipping is the responsibility of the customer.
